Overview
This two bedroomed apartment is situated within a beautiful grade 2 listed regency building directly opposite the laid to lawn square and with sea-views out on to Brighton beach. This historic apartment is ideal to explore Brighton from and is particularly suited for family groups.

Lounge
The lounge provides dual aspect views out over the sea and is also very light due to the three large original sash windows around the room. It is a spacious room and provides the perfect space for socialising with comfortable seating for relaxing around the television or for eating around the large dining table at the opposite end. Within the lounge is also a large double sofa-bed providing comfortable extra sleeping arrangements out of the two double bedrooms.

Kitchen
The kitchen is compact but modern and fully equipped so you are able to cook that large family meal to eat at the grand table. For the colder months it has the added extra of floor level heating so the cook does not get cold feet preparing the food for everyone else!

Like the kitchen the bathroom is compact but modern. It hosts a large shower with massage facilities - perfect after a long day exploring Brighton!

Master Bedroom

The second bedroom is decorated similarly to the master bedroom and again with a choice of having twin beds or one large double.

Outside Area
Regency Square is similarly to the other grand properties of the time in that it has a communal garden in the centre of the 'square' of properties, this green space is ideal for picnics and for children to play in. The beach is also just a stone's throw from the apartment and especially during the summer months will provide all the outside space anyone could ever need!

Location
Regency Square is located in central Brighton, along the seafront it is marked by the remains of the infamous West Pier opposite and on entrance by a bronze soldier statue - a memorial to the Boer war. The whole area is steeped in exciting and fascinating history of Brighton and provides the perfect base to explore Brighton from. It is just a ten minute walk to the Royal Pavilion and Brighton Museum where you can explore this history further. If it is the modern day Brighton you are more excited about the square is just five minutes from the main shopping centre, bars and restaurants - you really do get the best of both worlds when enjoying a break at this apartment!
