This lovely and spacious townhouse is a great location for a group party as its close to the sea as well as all the bars and restaurants of the vibrant Kemptown area. Benefiting too from a private parking space its also ideal for large families who need to bring lots of gear for the kids!

The house is offered by the same owner as Hazeldene - an immaculate large property a little further inland and consistently one of our most popular properties which always gets fantastic reviews for the quality of the accommodation. This house is furnished to the same very high standard - but it much closer to the sea and the nightlife of Brighton.

The house is entered on the ground floor which has a small bathroom, a WC and a utility room - equipped with washer and dryer. That then leads through to the lovely little garden which has table and chairs for alfresco dining.

On this floor two is featured the largest bedroom - which turn the whole depth of the house and offers a double bed as well as 2 singles.

Up the stairs you arrive at the lounge featuring a large flat screen TV and DVD and 2 double sofa beds. The lounge is light and airy featuring a balcony from the french doors.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything youd need to cater for a large group and features a large formal dining area for everyone to eat together.

Taking the stairs to the third floor brings you to the main master bedroom with a lovely en-suite bathroom, which also benefits from a bed in a box for additional sleeping options. This room also features a juliet balcony which offers lots of light and also a really lovely feel i the summer with the doors open.

There is the family bathroom on this floor too with a bath and a shower and WC.

Finally there is a smart triple bedroom offering a spacious and quiet room for your final group members.
