Brighton Short Breaks has linked up with its sister company Short London Breaks to bring you this immaculate city flat located on a very quiet street of Grade II Listed Buildings in the upmarket district of Pimlico –  perfect location for a city break right in the heart of London.

Situated within 5 minutes walk of Victoria Station is is perfectly positioned for visitors using either the mainline stations or Gatwick Airport. Heathrow and London City Airport are both easily accessible by public transport within approx 50 minutes.

Buckingham Palace and the British Tate Art Gallery are both within 10 minutes walk, and Bond Street and the Houses of Parliament are within 20 minutes walk – so its the ideal base for a touring trip of the city!

The building faced is very well maintained and has recently been redecorated. The communal hallways are all decorated and maintained to a very high standard to – making it a very smart address for you holiday or business stay.

The flat is situated on the second floor and both  the neighbours above and below are only in London Monday to Thursday to attend Parliament so the flat is always very quiet and relaxed.

Entering the flat itself you are presented with an airy  open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area which is spacious and bright – enjoying two full windows to the front overlooking the quiet street  Westmoreland Terrace.

The flat is floored with real oak floor panelling throughout.

The kitchen is high end finish with SMEG appliances and a fully equipped kitchen with all the pans pots and utensils you could possibly need. There is also a Whirlpool dishwasher and a Whirlpool Washer Dryer. A granite work surface completes the luxury feel of the kitchen.

The bedroom is fitted with a built in wardrobe and an additional free standing double wardrobe – so plenty of storage for you clothes and belongings. The bed is a king size – with plenty of bedding and linen provided.

There is a large radiator in both the lounge and the bedroom providing plenty of warmth.

Low Season (Nov to Feb) From £780 per week

Mid Season (March to May) From £850 per week

High Season (June to August) From £975 per week

Mid Season (Sept to October) From £850 per week

Xmas and New Year From £850 per week
