We also assess the potential holiday maker and enure that this is the correct match for their holiday home. Whether you have a luxury penthouse or a modest and simply furnished studio flat – if the tenant arrives for their stay and feels satisfied and happy that they have had delivered to them what they were promised then the residency goes much more smoothly.
Our experience tells us that tenants and holiday makers want to feel comfortable and want to use the accommodation as a second home and as such treat to it with respect and consideration.
