If you are looking for somewhere a little longer than the week or weekend by the sea then the Long Stay Discounts  on our Brighton accomodation could be right for you!

These rental rates are much cheaper than the short breaks charges – reflecting the advantage to the property owner of having a long term rental income for their flat, apartment or house.

In addition to the discounted rates you can also opt for the Serviced Apartment option which includes a weekly cleaning service plus fresh linen and towels each week.

Many property owners also offer a retainer rate – so if youre not actually occupying the property during the Long Stay Booking but need to return to it after a weeks trip home or something then that can offer additional ways of keeping your rental cost to a minimum (Terms and Conditions Apply).
