PRICES FOR HOLIDAY FLATS IN BRIGHTON

Prices vary considerably depending on what you want and when you want it. Generally the price charged for flats is cheapest from the month of October through to March – and these can be great months to spend in Brighton.The restaurants, the bars, the pier – everything – is much quieter and ask any Brightonian, the pleasure of having great areas of the beach to yourself is priceless, and makes for a great opportunity to surround yourself undisturbed by the elements and nature!

During this period you can expect to pay around £175 – £200 per week for a Studio Apartment sleeping up to 4 people and £250 – £300 for a One Bedroom Flat sleeping up to 4 people. Two Bedroom Flats start around £300 at this time of the year The Early Season (April & May) and the Late Season (September) prices tend to go up by another £50 to £100 depending on the individual property. High Season June, July and August then a Studio Flat sleeping four people will generally be charging from £300 to £350 a week – a One Bedroom Flat sleeping four people will charge in the region of £350 to £400 a week, and a Two Bedroom Flat, sleeping up to six people will charge between £350 to £450 a week depending on the facilities it offers.

Brighton is famous for a number of great events and especially during the Brighton Festival and Brighton Gay Pride Week accommodation is hard to come by so early bookings are strongly recommended!
