The lounge is very large with a big comfortable sofa and chairs – decorated in deep reds its really lends itself to evening relaxation with a glass of wine and conversation. The lounge also offers oblique views down to the sea – which is less than a minutes walk away – so easy to motivate everyoneto getup and out of their chairs and get them strolling along the seafront.
The kitchen comes fully equiped with everything you’d need to cater for the family or group – and includes the all important washing drying machine for your laundry. There also a huge dining table in the kitchen area with plenty of space for everyone to spend a whole evening at the table.
The two double bedroom are based at the back of the building and so are very quite and cool – ideal for afternoon siestas as well as un untroubled nights sleep. The rooms are fairly small but charming and there plenty of wardrobe space for all your clothes.
The bathroom is similarly charming – nicely tiled throughout, with a full sized bath for relaxing in at the end of a long days holiday making.
The flat offers excellent value for a party of 4 or 6 and weekend rates are available starting at £275 for a Friday to Sunday stay (Mondays possible by special arrangement) and as such offers much better value than the same party booking into a B&B – as well as offering a much higher level of comfort and fun, as you pretend to be lord of that manor!
Week rates start at £450 – and last minute bookings can be arranged with at least 48 hours notice – so if youve been let down or need to arrange a group holiday quickly then this could bethe ideal location for you!
